Hep Audrey - Deliveries and Returns
At Hep Audrey, we aim to spread the joy and cheer globally. So, we offer GLOBAL SHIPPING (200+ countries) on all our orders. Our parcels are fully insured and will be sent carefully packaged in a plain white cardboard box. Our current delivery options are as per below:
UK – Free Shipping On All Orders – 3 to 5 business days
Europe - £5.99 - 4 to 6 business days
USA/Canada/Mexico - £6.99 - 5 to 7 business days
Rest of the World - £7.99 – 5 to 7 business days
Please note we currently use the Royal Mail 1st Class signature delivery option for all our parcels. You may track the status of your order using the Track Your Order functionality here.
We offer FREE RETURNS within the standard 14 day window i.e. 14 days after you receive the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please call us on 0208 560 4929 to arrange for the return. Alternately, write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch. Please insure the return parcel and be sure to share the tracking number and copy of the receipt with us. We will refund you within 7 days of receiving the goods back.
We hope you will be considerate and refrain from returning earrings that you have tried on, for hygiene reasons. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on gift cards and the customised products.
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulation, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please contact us for cancellations.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive it within 14 days of receiving the order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly call us on 0208 560 4929 or send us an email to email@example.com to arrange this.
