DELIVERIES

Domestic - Azüra Designs offers free shipping on all domestic orders via Royal Mail.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped out the next business day.

Delivery would normally take 2-3 business days. 

International - Azüra Designs ships worldwide, £10.00 per order. All international orders have an estimated

shipment time of 7-15 business days. We ship via DHL and Royal Mail. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 We accept returns or exchanges for items in new condition, unused, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer within 7 days from the time your order arrives. Please note you will only be refunded for the cost of the product(s) ordered, we do not refund shipping costs or any other fees. Please email hello@azuradesigns.com for any returns or exchanges to be processed. Note: Please do keep in mind that all our clothing and accessories are made from 100% handwoven fabrics. Due to this, each product is unique and might have slight variations to the pictures advertised.
