Free, Fast UK and International Shipping

UK items will be sent Royal Mail Next Day Signed for.  You will be notified of your tracking number once your item has shipped. International orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.  You will be notified of the tracking number by email once the item has shipped and you will need to sign for your item upon delivery. Customers are responsible for any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs for international orders.Delivery times All items are handmade by Catherine in her London Studio.  Items held in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Some items are made-to-order, including all rings and bespoke requests.  This is stated in the individual product description in the online shop. If you would like an item for a specific date, please contact Catherine and she will do her best to accommodate your requirements.

Packaging All items come packaged in our signature luxury black boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

In Stock Items  We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund on in stock items within 28 days of receipt. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.  For assistance please email catmacjewellery@gmail.com.Made to Order Items  All other items are handmade to order therefore returns are only accepted in the case of faulty goods. If goods are faulty or damaged we will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note.  Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item by emailing catmacjewellery@gmail.com. When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customers own risk and postage is at the expense of the customer. Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 10 days.
