Shipping information

We produce all products especially to order, so it may take up to 7 days to manufacture your order. All deliveries within the UK are free of charge. For the rest of the world the delivery charge depends on your country. After the manufacturing time of up to 7 days please expect shipping withing 2-3 working days in the UK, 5-7 working days within Europe and 7-10 working days for international shipping.

If you would like clarification on shipping prices or times please don't hesitate to contact us. International customers may be charged taxes and duties by the customs of your country. This is outside of our control and we are unable to give you an estimate. Please contact us if you have not received your order within the allocated time or you have any other questions.

Easy returns & exchanges

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unworn item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund; your statutory rights are not affected which means that if the product you received is faulty you have the right to return it for a full refund in 30 days. You will, however, have to pay for postage back to us. If you want to exchange your initial order you can return it for a full refund and place your new one on our website. However, since we produce especially to order, it can take up to 7 days to finish your new product(s).

The item(s) should be returned unused and in the condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 7 working days from the date we receive a return; this is due to our processing and quality control practices, and the varying processing times between payment providers.

Before your parcel leaves us, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately.
