Deliveries

We ship out all bespoke made-to-order shoes within a week of order. We package our shoes with a tag signed by the maker, wrapped in recycled paper with a cotton ribbon, in a recycled plastic mailer. We offer free shipping in the UK and £10.00 flat rate for international delivery

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after sale. Customer pays return shipping, and we pay second outbound shipping.
