Nadia Minkoff

During the last year of my Fashion BA I was hired as an outworker for Browns London. It proved to be my lucky break and took me on a journey I hadn’t even imagined.

By the time I graduated I had my own brand as well as orders from Harrods and Saks 5th Avenue, USA. My goal was to design handbags and jewellery with no compromise on quality, functionality and sustainability. My designs had to be individual, timeless and attainable.

Socially conscious and fiercely independent, I have enjoyed seeing my talented team of female co-workers grow in confidence and ability. I’ve always enjoyed working with local artisans and independent makers, working together as a team to build firm and mutually beneficial relationships.

We know our factories and makers, we support our female workers and do our utmost to offer flexibility to those with young families.

Environmental awareness is incredibly important to us. We’re looking to reduce our plastic usage to zero. Our jewellery packaging is now completely plastic free and made of recycled and recyclable materials.
