Deliveries

Deliveries are free in the UK and £10 for international. 

Most items ship within 2-3 days by Royal Mail First Class. If you would like your item tracked, please e-mail us to arrange. All items will be packaged in a jewellery pouch and gift box. For International buyers, all packages are shipped by First Class International which does not include a tracking number. If you require a tracking number, please email us.

Returns and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are always happy to accept it for an exchange in it's original, unused condition, minus the cost of shipping. Refunds are currently not accepted, but we are able to exchange any item or offer store credit. Returns or exchanges may be made within 10 days from the date that the item is received. Please contact us for the return address. Returns and exchanges are not accepted without prior approval by email.
