All our deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. We are unable to deliver on Bank holidays. All our jewellery comes in TRIIA packaging and pouches.

                         

Returns

At TRIIA we want you to be as happy as possible with your jewellery. All TRIIA’s products are checked and looked over before shipping. Once you receive your TRIIA jewellery please let us know straight away if you are unhappy - we have 14 day refund policy. Faulty products will be repaired under a 12 month warranty. If you have a problem with your goods please email our customer care team - cathy@triia.co.uk   we will get back to you as soon as possible. As with the majority of our collection we have worked with semi precious stones - these may vary in size with certain items as they have been naturally cut,  we believe this makes each product even more unique.
